Dried fruit pasta summer salad

Ask your mom to first prepare the pasta for you.

Serves 2 - 4



150 g raw pasta shells (2 cups cooked)

60 ml (1/4 cup) mayonnaise or salad dressing

1 ml (pinch) salt

250 g punnet fresh strawberries, cut into half or quarters

1 green or red apple, cut into squares

60 ml (1/4 cup) blueberries, optional

80 ml (1/3 cup) SAFARI raisins

1 SAFARI Fruit Zinger bar, cut into bite size pieces



1. Mix cooked pasta, mayonnaise and salt together.

2. Add the strawberries, apple, blueberries (if used), raisins and pieces of zinger bar. Mix all together. Serve on a plate or in lunch box with a little fork.
