Summer fruit kebabs

Enjoy these kebabs by dipping into the yoghurt.

Makes 2 kebab sticks

 

Ingredients

1/2 pear

1/2 banana

6 SAFARI dried peaches

4 marshmallows

6 pitted SAFARI prunes

60 ml (1/4 cup) Bokomo oatees

125 ml (1/2 cup) low fat yoghurt

 

Method

1. Cut the pear and banana into squares.

2. Thread the pear, banana, peaches, marshmallows and prunes, alternatively with the oatees through kebab sticks.

3. Pour yoghurt into a bowl for dipping.
